Here's how to get started. 

We need your feet, or at the least an impression
of your feet. This happens one of two ways. Either by 3DO scan, available by appointment in our Tustin office or Riverside lab. Or, simply place your order and we'll ship, to your home or office, a traditional casting box. Return postage is pre-paid for your convenience.

Option 1: 3DO - 3D Imaging Scan

Our patented state-of-the-art 3DO technology, captures a uniquely accurate 3-dimensional image of your foot. Data is collected by standing AND walking across a 3D dynamic media. Then our proprietary software analyses your data to determine exactly what type of biomechanical correction is needed. Our lab technicians use the data to fabricate foot orthotics specific to your needs. Production turn around time is five business days.

Option 2: Traditional Casting Box

Option number two is our fail safe casting or impression box. Upon receipt of your order Direct Orthotics will send you our "casting kit" complete with instructions and pre-paid return postage. When you get it, make impressions of your feet and drop it in the mail. It'll be delivered directly to our Riverside California lab for processing. Our technicians will fabricate your custom foot orthotics within 5 business days. The completed orthotic ships the following business day.
